President & Owner

Andy Ruggiero

Andy has been a part of the UBS family since 2008 when he and Bob Belli purchased the company.

As our President, he oversees finances, administration, and sales departments. Since becoming President, Andy has helped UBS grow over 300%!

Before joining our team, Andy attended Lycoming College for Business Management. When Andy is not busy managing our company, he enjoys spending time outdoors playing disc golf, golf, as well as hiking.

Vice President & Owner

Bob Belli

Bob became our Vice President and Owner back in 2008 when he and Andy Ruggiero purchased the company. Bob helps our sales, service, and administrative teams provide an excellent level of service to our clients, and strives to recommend unique solutions to business challenges. Bob is proud of building a team that is excited to help our clients and provide unmatched customer service.

Before purchasing UBS, Bob helped to run a branch of Superior Office Systems where he learned the ins and outs of the industry. He attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where he earned his degree in Marketing.

When Bob is not busy running our company, he is involved in several charitable golf events supporting customers and various causes. He also loves to spend as much time as possible with his family and friends.

Director of Professional Services

Pat Campanaro

Pat joined our team in 2015 as our Director of Professional Services. In this role, Pat is responsible for implementing pre and post sales initiatives for Managed Print, Uniflow, and Papercut, to ensure our clients are satisfied at every step of the way.

Pat has worked in the print industry since 1984, so he is confident that he can help organizations of all sizes implement new and exciting technologies. Outside of the office, Pat loves motorcycles, music, and his family!

Director of IT & Service

Robert Pattison

Robert started at UBS back in 2015 as our IT Systems Administrator. Since then, he has grown into our Director of IT and Services. In this position, Robert oversees our internal IT, data analysis, network training, and service management. He loves training new service technicians and sharing his industry knowledge.

Robert started his career in the office technology industry in 1993 as a copier technician. From there, Robert was a System Engineer at Canon Solutions America, where he gained impressive experience. Outside of work, Robert loves to work on cars.

Controller

Kelly Salmon

Kelly has been a part of the UBS team since 2009. As our controller, she manages day-to-day admin, accounting, operations, financial reporting, and HR functions. Kelly has played a vital role in growing our admin team from the ground up, increasing employee retention and implementing automation processes, all while providing great customer service.

Before UBS, Kelly worked in the financial industry for seven years and in the office equipment industry for over ten years. She attended Seton Hall University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting. In her free time, Kelly volunteers for her local church and loves spending time with family and friends.

Administration & Accounts Payable

Lisa Nepil

Lisa has been a part of our team for over 13 years as a vital member of our accounting team! She oversees accounts payables, reconciliations, and assists the Controller with journal entries. Lisa loves being a part of our growing team and helping educate new hires.

Before working with UBS, Lisa was an Inventory Analysist for cosmetic production. She attended Montclair State University where she earned her BA of Science with a Math Major. When Lisa is not at the office, she loves spending time outdoors with her friends and family.

Supplies & Warehouse Manager

Davey Cardenas

Davey has been with our team for over 11 years as our Parts, Supplies and Warehouse Manager. In this role, Davey is responsible for inventory, parts and supplies ordering, auto replenishing, and working with technicians to ensure our customers get fast and seamless service.
Previously, Davey worked for Canon where he gained his industry experience. When Davey is not keeping our warehouse in tip-top shape, he is an avid collector of sports cards and spending time with his grandkids.
Regional Sales Manager

Bob Wolowitz

Bob has been with UBS for over 10 years as our Sales Manager. As our Sales Manager, Bob is responsible for customer service, coordinating with our technicians, customer prospecting, and helping our sales team improve their service. Before joining the UBS team Bob worked at Ricoh, one of the top print companies in North America!
Senior Sales Executive

Matt D’Amato

Matt has been with United Business Systems since January 2009 joining forces with colleagues Andy Ruggiero and Bob Belli after having worked together at IKON Office Solutions. During his time at UBS Matt has been a top performer and leader in our business development efforts. In collaboration with a team of skilled service and administrative professionals, UBS become a leader in the New Jersey Education marketplace.

Matt began his career in the office technology business over 30 years ago with Garden State Business Machines and has held various business development and management positions with IKON Office Solutions, Business World Inc. (Sharp Business Systems) and HP. Prior to joining UBS, Matt was an Enterprise Services Consultant with Hewlett Packard focusing on developing and growing HP’s Managed Print Services Business within the global financial services market.

Matt attended Bloomfield College on a baseball scholarship and graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice. Outside the office Matt enjoys spending time with family and friends and is an avid golfer.

Integration Specialist

Jordan Chinchilla

Experienced Production Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the printing industry. Skilled in Computer Repair, Production Management, Digital Printing, and Educational Technology. Strong media and communication professional graduated from Eastwick College.

Highly skilled and experienced IT professional with expertise in computer hardware and software. Proficient in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of copiers, computer systems and peripherals. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Service Director/IT Admin

Justin Leffler

Justin started his career in the copier industry over 20 years ago. Before joining United Business Systems, Justin was an IT Director that worked on everything from imaging devices to servers. In 2008, he joined forces with Andy Ruggiero and Bob Belli, and helped United Business Systems grow into one of Canon USA’s largest resellers. Today, he leads a team of experienced service technicians to provide top-level support for all United Business Systems customers.

Justin graduated from DeVry University with a degree in electrical engineering.
