Andy Ruggiero

Andy has grown up in the office equipment industry!  He began working for his father Frank Ruggiero over 30 years ago at the family owned Tri-County Business Machines. When the family business was sold in 1995 to IKON Office Solutions, Andy continued to manage major and national accounts including several Fortune 100 companies headquartered in New Jersey. In 2002, Andy joined Superior Office Systems to run a branch with current UBS partner Bob Belli.  In December 2008 the two purchased United Business Systems. This move saw many large accounts follow Andy based on his ability to help clients source and implement value driven technology solutions.

Andy attended Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA, where he graduated with a degree in Business Management in 1991.

Bob Belli
Bob BelliVP/Owner
Bob Belli is co-owner of United Business Systems.  He has over 20 years’ experience in the office technology industry and began his career at IKON Office Solutions as a sales representative and was quickly promoted to serve major and national accounts based on his customer centric approach. Following a successful sales career, Bob joined with partner Andy Ruggiero to launch and run their own branch of Superior Office Systems.  This leadership role prepared both Bob and Andy to pursue their own business and in 2008, they purchased United Business Systems, a well respected office equipment and service provider. Since then, Bob’s leadership has helped UBS experience tremendous growth as an imaging and IT services provider that is now recognized as one of Canon USA’s 20 largest resellers in the United States.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.


Bob Wolowitz
Bob WolowitzRegional Sales Manager
Bob started serving clients in the office automation industry in 1992 and has earned a trusted reputation for placing customers first. Bob joined United Business Systems in December 2013 and is currently responsible for developing and leading the sales organization’s delivery of UBS’s award winning line up of office MFPs, Document Management and IT Services and solutions. Bob was recruited to join UBS based on his commitment to exceptional customer service and support.

Bob is a graduate of Trenton State College.

Kelly Salmon

Kelly has over 27 years’ experience in accounting with more than 16 years in the office automation arena. Kelly joined United Business Systems in December 2008 when Andy Ruggiero and Bob Belli purchased the company. Prior to joining UBS, Kelly held the positions as Controller, Vice President of Financial Operations and Chief Financial Officer in similar businesses where she ensured proper financial protocols were followed to achieve internal and external customer satisfaction.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University.

Davey Cardenas
Davey CardenasWarehouse/Supplies/Parts Manager
Davey began his career as a Parts Clerk in 1997 with MCS Canon (now Canon Solutions America). Davey’s commitment to going above and beyond in all of his job duties quickly earned him many awards and promotions to various parts positions throughout Canon. In 2012, after 15 and a half years at Canon, he joined United Business Systems in a warehouse/parts/supply management capacity, and has now turned United Business Systems into an industry standard parts and supply department. With over 19 years of industry experience, Davey is proud to lead the strongest warehouse team in the industry.

Davey went to Dominican College and majored in Business Management.

Robert Pattison
Robert PattisonIT Director & Analytics Lead
Robert began his career as a service technician at MCS in 1994. His knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems enabled him to advance quickly and become their leading technical specialist and a Canon certified trainer. With the growing focus on networked systems in the early 2000s, Robert transitioned to the Systems Support team at CSA, where he worked to develop their Systems Implementation program in the NJ/NYC area. In 2015, Robert joined United Business Systems as a Systems Support Engineer and is now the IT Administrator and Analytics lead.

Robert holds multiple certifications from Microsoft, Cisco and CompTIA.

Justin Leffler
Justin LefflerService Director/IT Admin
Justin started his career in the copier industry over 20 years ago. Before joining United Business Systems, Justin was an IT Director that worked on everything from imaging devices to servers. In 2008, he joined forces with Andy Ruggiero and Bob Belli, and helped United Business Systems grow into one of Canon USA’s largest resellers. Today, he leads a team of experienced service technicians to provide top-level support for all United Business Systems customers.

Justin graduated from DeVry University with a degree in electrical engineering.
